Tucked away Reservoir townhouse

A private sale listing, this property had all the hallmarks of a great investment. Well located, on the fringe of the ever popular Oakhill Estate and at the rear of a block of 4 townhouses, this one was a 2 bed 2 bath, with the added scarcity value of a split floor plan with one bedroom upstairs and one downstairs, catering to the down sizer market upon resale. As our client was purchasing in his SMSF we had a deadline to meet. We struck, as time was of the essence securing the property within two weeks of being engaged.

Another SMSF client and another tight timeline to work with. We had our eyes on a great property but with time not on our side and the Contract of Sale and Vendors Statement not available as yet, we had to move on from this property and find another. After contacting the selling agent, one we’re transacted through dozens of times, we knew, with a great relationship that we have, we could secure this property with no fanfare. We made an offer, it was rejected, got a counter that was completely reasonable and secured the property. No competition from other buyers, just a closed deal within 24hours of seeing the property.
