These clients approached us to purchase this property on their behalf. The property needed some work but was in a great area and was priced well below the median for the pocket. We knew there was going to be some interest, but as the property was quoted quite low we decided that the best approach was to wait until the day of the auction. Two days out an early auction process was triggered and we went into action, formulating a strong strategy and ensuring we gave ourselves the best chance to secure the proper. To our clients delight they were the ones that received the keys.

This was truly a great buy. After missing out on another property in the same suburb we worked with the agent to locate an off market whereby the owner was prepared to sell prior to getting the property ready for sale. We found the perfect opportunity well below market price that we were able to secure prior to Xmas without any competition. A great result!!
