Our first property purchase for the year was a great example of how clear advice and experienced negotiation can make a real difference.

The property had been on the market for six to eight weeks with an agency that primarily conducts private inspections rather than open homes. Initially priced at a higher level, it failed to gain traction, creating an opportunity for a well-advised buyer.

Our clients were interested in the property but found the buying process and agent engagement confusing and daunting. We stepped in to carry out thorough research and due diligence to ensure the property met both their lifestyle and investment objectives.

Once confident it stacked up, we took full control of the negotiation, managing the process end-to-end to ensure it was seamless and stress-free for our clients. The result was a successful purchase at a strong price point, positioning the property well for future capital growth with some considered improvements.
