Scarcity value plus. A 2-bedroom 2-bathroom 2 car OSP with one bed upstairs and another one downstairs, one bathroom upstairs and another downstairs, also. This one catered to the “cashed up” future downsizer market as well as other submarkets, on 205sqm of land, with a north facing courtyard garden and an inactive owner’s corporation. Getting asset selection right, when investing, is the most important part.
