With the recent budget changes creating uncertainty across the Melbourne market, many buyers are becoming cautious and delaying decisions.

Historically, however, periods of uncertainty often create the best buying opportunities.

When confidence returns, buyers often look back wishing they had acted during the uncertainty rather than after competition increased again.

In our view, the current environment is creating some of the best buying conditions we have seen in years , particularly for buyers prepared to take a long-term view and secure high-quality property while others hesitate.
