Camberwell villa

With this client coming on board over Christmas, this was a speedy result for them given the market hadn’t really gotten underway until after the Australia day weekend. After seeing the property on the Saturday prior to the Auction, they had made the decision to try and purchase based on its location, number in the block and natural light flowing through the home. With big crowd numbers for the pseudo-opening Auction weekend in Melbourne, this Auction fell flat with only two live bids and passing into BA. We went inside to speak with the selling agent and just one hour afterwards, we had agreed on a sale price and had the documents signed. A terrific result all round.
