Reservoir property
After being told by the selling agent that he was being slammed by enquiry for this property, BA set a time to inspect. This purchase is why having good industry relationships works. BA went about their due diligence. In the meantime, the selling agent negotiated with all the other parties that had made offers. Once they had all reached their budget, he came back to BA. This price was well below our clients’ expectations, so we secured it.
