After engaging us, a well-priced off-market opportunity presented itself to BA. A well-priced off market is rare in itself. BA pounced and inspected the property at the first available opportunity. Quickly arranging an inspection with the client, an offer was made at an acceptable level to the vendor. We had competition from another less experienced buyers advocate, but with with our experience we were able to take control of the process, with BA winning the keys for our clients, once again.
