Starting with independent advice on the property value, we will also;

  • Help select only the most competent, senior and professional agency team to represent you
  • Advise on the different methods of sale and marketing campaign
  • Advise on any offers that are received and also attend the auction whilst the selling agent conducts the auction
  • At all times provide you with complete independent advice and manage the campaign with the upmost professionalism

Once the campaign is underway Buyers Advocate will assist with the communications with the agent and provide a sounding board for any questions or issues you may have during the campaign.

This family were seeking professional advice & assistance to sell to achieve the best outcome. They did not have the experience nor time & wanted a co-ordinated approach to the sale along with navigating the mine field of real estate agents and their respective sale processes. We were able to charge of the full process for them, form the selection of the agent, to the marketing to the management of the campaign.

The property was structurally sound but in need of a total internal renovation. We managed the process to ensure it sold in after Auction negotiations.

The property failed to register a bid at Auction as renovation costs were daunting to buyers in the current climate.

The creative use of Vendor bids followed by a strategic approach to a silent Auction post the Auction saw the property sell well in that afternoon!
